• Check and inspect the exterior perimeter of your home
• Check the property and landscape maintenance
• Check exterior lighting is operational
• Check for any weather related damages
• Garage windows and doors
• Remove any debris from entry ways
• Collect news papers, flyers and notices from the front door
• Collect mail

Interior Checklist

• Check security of all doors and windows
• Check smoke detectors
• Inspect electrical panel for tripped breakers
• Check operation of fridges and freezers
• Inspect furnace/air conditioning and test
• Inspect plumbing fixtures for leaks, run taps and flush toilets
• Check water heater
• Water indoor plants
• Maintain a visitation log in the home
• Email detail report upon request
