We will give your home or a seasonal/vacationing home a “refresher” before you arrive. A basic cleaning service includes light dusting, vacuuming, mopping and an air out of the home. We’ll even set out your patio furniture.

Closing your home starting at $75.00 fee
Saying good bye to your seasonal/vacation home or leaving for a vacation we will prepare and close up for you. We’ll even put away your patio furniture
- Reset A/C or heat to “away” settings
- De-energize water heater
- Turn off refrigerator
- Turn off ice maker and discard ice
- Discard all perishable food items
- Empty and clean the dishwasher
- Unplug all unnecessary appliances and entertainment units
- Close shutters, drapes, and blinds per your instructions
- Check all doors, windows and locks are secure
- Empty the trash and recycling

We are a call away for your parent, family member or a loved one while you're on vacation or live out of town. We will make a visit, check security, run an errand and assist with minor repairs. We will consult with you for direction and act on your behalf.
